Jonny started his Floral Wholesale company by himself back in 2010. He lives near to our Lisburn store and was our first ever customer back in 2013!
With Jonny being out on the road visiting his ever-growing customer base a lot of the time, it’s crucial that someone can sign for and take care of his weekly deliveries. At The Storage Centre, we will take Jonny’s deliveries from the courier via forklift, take them to the storage unit, and put them into his walk-in chilled storage facility. Finally, we send notification of delivery to the customer for peace of mind.
“I’ve been storing with the guys at the storage centre since 2013 and haven’t looked back. I have my own unit, no rates bills to pay. They will sign for my deliveries and put them away, and I just get one monthly invoice for all of this. It’s crucial, especially in the summertime when the temperature is increased, that my flowers are put away into my chiller promptly, so it’s a no-brainer for me!”
Jonny currently rents one of our 100 square foot units, with his own electronic roller shutter door, lighting, electric, working space, and a walk-in chiller fridge for his products.

Document Storage
Joanne has been storing with us on behalf of Dr Wilson since March 2016. Mr Wilson uses us for safe and secure patient document record storage.
Dr Wilsons is based at the Ulster Independent Clinic on the Stranmillis Road in Belfast, he is a Queens graduate and specialises in specifically foot and ankle procedures and was appointed a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in the NHS in Belfast in 2003.
With Joanne, his secretary, living in Hillsborough our facility in Lisburn is the perfect location for Joanne to be able to quickly pop in and out of on a regular basis. With document storage usually it involves a lot of archive boxes full of records, so we were able to fit out Mr Wilsons unit with a shelving solution to get the most out of the space.
Joanne said “I have been using the Lisburn facility for over three years now and we would be lost without it. With our new shelving system in the unit we can easily identify our boxes and keep them in an orderly fashion, also the guys in the office will sort my shredding out for me whenever I need it done, so that is one thing less for me to do.”
Joanne and Dr Wilson rent two separate units with us, one 50 sq ft unit and one 150 sq ft unit. This works for them as they use the smaller unit, solely for storage, whereas in the larger unit they have lighting and space to work in also.

Warehouse Storage
Leannes brother Brendan started the family run beauty and cosmetics business back in 2014 and they have gone from strength to strength ever since, with his brand now a global success and always in popular demand. With more and more household names joining the likes of Boots and Superdrug, stocking BPerfect items, the demand for the products is through the roof with no sign of letting up. Our facility is perfect for their needs. With new pallets of stock arriving all the time the BPerfect staff can’t always be on site to meet the deliveries, so we unload the lorry with our forklift, sign for them and put them away in their unit until they arrive.
Leanne said “The Storage Centre has been the perfect fit for us, from the forklift service loading and unloading pallets for us, to the waste disposal service its been priceless to our business. Before taking up a unit, we had to worry about having someone on site to accept our deliveries, organise the rental of a forklift and then sort out the disposal of our waste, which always proved to be time consuming before. They have all sorts of packing materials on site for when we are doing our orders out and they will even organise a skip for us to be on site when needed, we really couldn’t ask for more.”
BPerfect Cosmetics rent a large 1000 sq ft unit, along with a 500 sq ft unit and also some open warehouse space in busier periods, for example when they have a high volume of deliveries leaving the store. This is ideal for them as they can keep certain products/different projects in separate units and have a designated area to work/pack orders in.
